"We got to the hotel early. The woman who was managing the front desk almost throw us out of the property as the check in time was at 3pm. Customary hotels offer to hold the luggage in storage we had to beg her to let us leave the luggage. When we dare to return to the hotel we found Octavio who was the check in clerk, bartender and restaurant server. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Expedia needs to note this hotel is in Portugal, no Spain. "
