"I was a little disappointed in the staff the night staff because they could let us jump in the pool at least for half an hour they've done it before but anyway the staff during the day are excellent they are really good they remember us and they treat us very good .The night crew manager was not as welcoming as the day manager. We've stayed here alot in the past,and this is our favorite spot when we come to Albuquerque. Honesty, I wasnt very happy with the way the gentlemen that i assume was the manager treated us,the guy who was checking us in was much better considering he was fairly new 🤔. I wasnt going to stay here no more,but the morning manager remembered us and treated us so i didnt let the gentlemen front the ceck in ruin t."

"We didn’t like having to pay for parking each day. It wasn’t gated for security, so why charge the fee?"

"Front office staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful. Usually, hotel rooms have either a floral or striped bedspread. However, our rooms had a white coverlet type of bed cover. The white made the room brighter, it felt cleaner than the usual bedspread. Very comfortable, location was perfect for visiting Albuquerque attractions- zoo, aquarium, botanical gardens, Old Town, etc. "
