"This all inclusive was amazing compared to many others I’ve stayed in. Most importantly, the food was great! There were plenty of options every night and they even have a late option for breakfast for the people who like to sleep in on vacation. Most of the staff spoke English as well as Russian. The beach was great and there were plenty of chairs. The cabanas are beautiful and a great option to reserve if traveling with a group. Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view of the beach, and...

"Really enjoyed this hotel , it’s a small Rixos and more personal. The sports activities that are included are run well and really enjoyed them.
The drinks were excellent and genuine unlike Rixos Seagate in Egypt which is meant to be premium.

doesn’t have a jacuzzi which is a shame.
I liked the entertainment but was mainly all bands so could do with a little more variety.
Room was nice and had sea view which was lovely.
Beach for me was disappointing as all stones so beach shoes are a must...

"Friendly and helpful staff and a good variety of fresh food at the buffets were the highlight of this hotel. The 4 optional a la carte restaurants we were offered were worth a visit, although we found the Mexican and Italian were poor; the Sushi and Mongolian restaurants were very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the variety of pools and locations to relax around the hotel make it ideal for couples. Also has a great view of the arriving and departing aircraft from the nearby airport :)"

1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. He proceeded to argue with me saying there was one. ...

"I stayed with my cat for a week. The hotel personals were so kind, smiling and helpful. The room was so clean and cleaning everyday. The furniture and the view were so beautiful. On the other hand the beach was like a dream, comfortable, there are additional entertainments with payment like Banana, parasailing etc. The meals were so delicious with supporting so many tastes and drinks. There were also show times after meal. I would definitely recommend to stay as family. "

And 2nd negative point was ,to access to the beach you had to jump on shuttle but the good thing was they have their own private beach with lots of fun and water park. Good job Aska Lara 😀"
