"They have done a great job refurbishing this place. I worked there when it was a 5 star Best Western, 30 years ago so I had high expectations and it is the cleanest room I've been in in years. It's very nice! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Yes, they're still working on the property, but have accomplished a lot since it was empty for years. Since they turned them into kitchenettes, there's not a bathroom vanity. Different, but doable. Kind of like a tiny home set up. Take a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light from outside. The light switch controls the outlet by the window. The lamps change colors. A full refrigerator and dishes. Rachael is great!!! "

"Best hotel experience. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, REAL PILLOWS! Not those stupid half pillows. We each had two, one softer and one firm, who does that? The breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls.if we ever have to stay in that town it will be here. Also future booking with this chain hoping for the same great experience."
