"This hotel was excellent. It is new in the Beckley area and it was perfect for a mini vacation in the area. The staff was more than helpful during check-in and the staff that worked the breakfast area were more than willing to have great food available for guests. Everything was clean in the lobby, very well lit in all areas of the hotel. I would stay in this facility again if I visited the area again. "

"Loved the cabin.. the front desk gave me a map and flyers that I left in the car. I did not know it was check out instructions and wifi password.. it would have been helpful if they pointed these out. Rules for me to follow."

"Loved the lake behind the motel and outdoor seating. The rooms, starting with the dirty door, need a lot of TLC. Hardware hanging, countertops stained, just shabby. Driveway is in deplorable condition. Not enough light in the room."
