"We loved Paniolo Greens, it was clean, quiet and beautifully kept. We had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and trips over to the other side of the Island. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When we come back to Hawaii we hope to be able to stay here again."

"The property was in a quiet location just south of Kona downtown. Within 1.5 miles of Kona downtown and multiple eating options. We did not enjoy the parking! Depending on where you parked in the same parking lot (under the Blue signs or under the Black signs ) you either had 90 minutes free with validation of parking at a restaurant or a 50% off QRS Code which was $7.49 for 1 hour at a restaurant with the 50% QRS Code! Ridiculous! Because of Parking alone, it is most likely our LAST trip to Kona and the Big Island!!!! "

"The room was really nice. The only issue we ran into was the person at the actvities desk was late so we didn't get our wristbands the first day. And when we did, he was so busy trying to sell us on "joining" the property he forgot to activate them. As we were leaving the next day it wasn't worth stopping there again "

"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!!
