"Stood at the front desk during normal business hours and waited over 20 mins for someone to come check me in. Some areas smelled like weed really bad. I got a room with a king bed and a hot tub when I first checked in they put me in a room with two double beds and no hot tub. Called down they gave me an excuse So I asked for a refund for at least part of my room and they said the room I'm in costs the same amount. After talking to them for a little bit they said they would try to find a room that would work that had a hot tub. A half hour later they came and gave me a cart for a different room. "
