"Amazing experience! The front desk receptionist was everything! She was genuinely welcoming and kind; gave my friend and I recommendations to places in the city. The room was sparkling, and the view from the balcony, (which the receptionist very kindly offered to us), was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the night. 10/10, highly recommend."

"This place was perfect for our needs. It was well mantined and very clean. Bright, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Their "grab and go breakfast" was well stocked with muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. The location was perfectly located near downtown Bentonville, the airport, and restaurants. We had a problem with the door shower not sealing, and the staff was quick to respond. "I accidentally booked a smoking room (my bad, wasn't aware you could still get smoking rooms in Arkansas) which is not my primary complaint. They were too full to move us which was fine. The problem was the dirty bath tub, stained curtains, the presence of black hairs and black flakes of something in the "clean" sheets. The beds were also rock hard. I have stayed in super 8 motels before and never had quite such an unpleasant experience. We personally would not return to this hotel, we would pay...
