"Everything was great until we checked out. We had an early morning flight on 7/25. We left the hotel at 3:45am. We scheduled a hotel shuttle pickup to the airport the night before. The shuttle pulled out of the parking garage, drove right past us, and left us standing in front of the hotel. The driver told the front desk rep he’d be back in 20 minutes. We had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait so we had to order an Uber. At that time of the morning, the uber cost is surged, so it was $25 to go to the airport across the street. Very very very frustrating!"
"The front staff especially Jason was very helpful. We had an issue with the first room we got but he quickly resolved it and gave us a corner room on a higher floor. We had a good view of the city. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing and suprisingly strong! Jason also helped us understand the parking procedures as we had friends come over for an hour. Again, thank yoj for the helpfulness. We also appreciate our shuttle drivers who helped us carry our heavy luggage. I just wish the shuttle could have dropped us at the front instead of the back entrance."
