"Great hotel, value and location. This is a NYC hotel, so rooms are small, the building is old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and well renovated. I do have one negative thing to say. The front desk staff were great, but I checked my luggage, and it seems normal that it takes 10-15 minutes from when they call the bellboy to when the luggage is retrieved. I understand the luggage is stored somewhere other then the front desk, but it was annoying to wait 10 minutes when I was trying to catch a train."

"Great price, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, clean room. We were pleasantly surprised by how high the water pressure was in the shower. There were two very minor problems: the shower room had no extractor fan, so it steamed up like crazy, and the electrical sockets were few and inconveniently placed. Other than that everything was great!"
