"Our trip to this area was to be spent primarily in St. Tropez, and we were disappointed at having to stay outside of St. Tropez. However, it didn't take long for us to realize how lucky we were to have stayed in Ste-Maxime, and at Montfleuri specifically, after all. Aside from the fact that it took us 30-40 minutes to travel each way (15 KM), St. Tropez was beautiful but very congested and heavily populated. We ended up spending more time in Ramatouelle (Pampelonne beach) than St. Tropez itself....

"This is a beautiful, quirky, well restored old property uniquely set above a stunning medieval village. Staff and food options were excellent . It was a privilege to stay and we would love to come back.The only thing we missed, being English, was tea making facility!"

"Good hotel, very comfortable. Made us very welcome. Bed was super and slept very well. Breakfast was typical, served to table only helped yourself to orange juice. Only thing which would have made it better would be ability to make your own drinks. Poolside with loungers very welcome after a week touring round on motorbike.

I met Sandy, a California girl, who went above and beyond her duty to make me feel welcome. This is a great hotel to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. I would definitely stay here again."
