"I would def stay here again. Room was very nice, staff were wonderful, my name was in the tv and I got chocolates. I was able to check in early and they held my luggage so I could walk around city until my train came. It was perfect."

"I didn't know about breakfast it was not mentioned and I had to leave early so probably they did not have it ready ...but I'm not sure about that... it would have been nice to have a little snack first because food at the airport is expensive"

"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed. Restaurant on-sure doesn’t offer kids options but easy walk to many food stands in grand central station. "
