"We were driving through here when a big dust storm came through. I quickly looked on hotels.com for a cheap option to stay the night. My husband and I are taller and bigger people so I made sure the room had queen beds. We get to the hotel and the first red flag was their broken entry door. The staff was really nice but everything else was pretty upsetting. The first room we got, first of all were double beds. They had signs of bed bugs and one of the beds had a puddle of yellowish slimy goo. The excuse was “we haven’t had anyone stay in that room for a while.” 🙄 so I told her that I asked for a room with queen beds, she told me “oh all we have are double beds.” So you are falsely advertising bigger beds. The air conditioning sucked, we were sweating all night. The sink didn’t drain properly and the toilet didn’t flush properly. I found a tick on my pants in the morning. It was a really horrible night. I regret spending the rest of the night there. Also, we left around 6:20, no free breakfast was available at the time if that’s something important to you."
