"Wonderful staff. The room and beds were very very comfortable. Climate control was very comfortable. Dining was very convenient and enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much."
"Lovely atmosphere, food & amenities. Enjoyed the live music in the lounge. Beds were comfortable & appreciated the room upgrade. Will be back again. The pool area is little dated but clean. "
"Quick check in, friendly staff, amazing views! My only complaint is the slow internet. There is an option to pay for better internet, but I feel that an expensive hotel should not charge guests for fast internet."
"This property is in need of updating and repair. For $370 a night it seriously lacks basic modern hotel design or amenities. I stayed here 10 years ago and wonder if the hotel is under new management/ownership. We were right next to St. Paul’s Hospital… loud sirens all night and a single pane window rattling consistently throughout the night because of wind. The towels were old, hard and faded. We would never stay here again. I would have spoken with the hotel manager but after 20 hours of international travel, I could not muster up the energy for a conversation. We stuck it out only because we were exhausted. "
