"The staff made extra efforts to accommodate me since am a foreigner who cannot speak Korean. They provided a complimentary swimming pool ticket for 2 adults and a free table with two chairs at the pool. Pool and chairs cost extra so be prepared for that. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the resort is in a very scenic location. "

"Perfect for short trip. We booked ondol room - it has no beds, you sleep on mats on heated floor. There is a small seating area in the lobby with microwave if needed. Short walk from the hotel there is a ginseng museum- it was great for kids and it is free"

"It’s not our family’s first time. We probably stay at least two times a year or more, for the last ten years I have been in Korea. Always a good time even though there’s not much in the resort unless you’re a golfer or skier. We always find ways to keep ourselves busy in and out of our room. The staff and services are impeccable. Our recent stay I left a few of contacts lens and even though I was willing to call it a lost but took a shot of calling and asking them to hold them in lost and found if I ever returned next month. But they offered to ship them to my house the next business day. Amazing! "
