"Everything was really clean, the staff were all amazing and kind. I paid for a balcony view & it was so worth it. I highly suggest it. It’s nice to sit out there with that amazing view and drink a cold beer. I loved the room. It was a good size, the tv was huge (& you can sign into your streaming apps), the shower was a double-header, there are robes, flip flops, and umbrellas to use. There’s a couch and a love seat. I really loved my stay & I’m SO HAPPY they’re putting in an elevator for the handicapable people! Now I can bring my mom to visit! I had lunch twice downstairs (breakfast was too early for me- lol). It was amazing. Get the salmon tacos. They’re delicious. Oh, and they make an amazing almond milk latte. So happy for my stay & can’t wait to go back! "

A major highlight was booking the trip to Maya Bay through the activities centre. The entire experience was seamless, and the staff provided truly exceptional service—it was, without a doubt, one of the best excursions we've ever taken from a hotel. For dinner, the Ruan Thai restaurant is a non-negotiable must-try. The food and atmosphere are absolutely outstanding. We were impressed with every aspect of our holiday and will definitely be returning to SAii Phi Phi!"

"Very unique and creative place. Cottages nestled in the trees connected by footpaths. You should be in good shape to stay here, walking up and down the paths is not for physically challenged. For us it was totally worth it to have the privacy of our suite and the beach. The beach there is the best part of the resort, and better than any resort we stayed at in Thailand. PhiPhi island is a magical place. The only downside is those damn long tail boats they are so loud. Breakfast was good. Air con was fine. Staff good and helpful. "
