No shops nearby and very difficult to ask taxi to pick up. Absolutely did not fulfill the expectation of a Hilton brand. Would never go back again."

"Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton.

"Pros: The hotel decorated the room and sent us a birthday cake after I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The room is comfortable, clean and new.
Cons: The check-in service is super slow, which took us nearly half an hour. And I can't believe the staff opened the door without my permission when they brought the towels."

Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise."

"I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel."
