"I was met with a very engaging owner who showed me through the hotel. My room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and efficient heating. Bathroom was a shared bathroom but was very clean and plenty of hot water and large 'fluffy' towels. The evening meal was very tasty and there was not a long waiting time for the meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. A beautiful country hotel and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"This was a super clean comfortable hotel. The rooms were quite big. They had kitchenette sort of set up. Coffee, microwave, plates and the such. The location was great very close to the lake!"

"Beautiful old building with an old style lift! I think the hotel was lovely. It could do with a few updates like thread bare carpet on stairs and more accessible plugs bedside. Note that there are attached pokies which kind of change the heritage vibe. Staff are nice and friendly."
