"the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! Linen is rough on the skin needs upgrading.
Room has no A/C or maybe it was too difficult for us to figure out. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep and no reception staff was there to help.

The fact the hotel has a restaurant was very good specially for Easter period where most of the places are closed.
There is a nice ice cream place close to the hotel! "

friendly, lots of lovely walks around and walking distance to a very friendly pizzeria.
Shame the pool was closed (but we didn’t ask to use it) and the superior ensuite room only came with two pillows (again we didn’t ask for more). Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend paying the little bit extra for the ensuite (the shower was AMAZING). "
