"Wonderful hotel with everything you need during your stay. A good selection as breakfast and multiple dining options in the evening. The gym is very well equipped and the sauna/wellness centre is spacious and quiet.
Staff were very kind and helpful and service in the restaurants was good.
The views from the room were stunning. They have designed the newer part of the hotel so that all the rooms face the mountain side which is a smart touch.

"Gorgeous hotel, it was hot (and smelt like a sauna due to the wooden room :) ) when we arrived at midnight, but it had massive windows to open. Had a junior suite I think, with 2 bedrooms, living area & big bathroom.
Only downside would have been a kettle/drinks, but everything else was great, with a lovely breakfast spread"

"Hotel was nice, check in was with machine that had options to check in in own language. The room was nice and even though the weather was hot we stayed cool. Room was fairly plain and inoffensive which was good considering the fairly low price. Definitely would stay again"

Kept window/balcony door open, issue was mosquitoes. We were bitten every day. Dust wasn't cleaned around the bed and underneath. Only noticed it due to kids walking bare foot in the room.
Adding air conditioning (AC), magnetic mesh for window and balcony door would be great or a UV light insect killer.

"Igls is a quiet, cute town, and so even though the hotel was out of Innsbruck itself there were places to eat at night (though not too late). Hotel has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, at least from the dining area. Breakfast was a good, standard European buffet. Transportation into town was easy: the bus stop was at the bottom of the hill, and one came every ten minutes all day. WiFi was good.

The hotel is in fantastic condition so I’m wondering if it was nearly updated. The breakfast in the morning was very good and included. The grounds are wonderful and it’s close to nice little shops."
