We were two adults and one child (14 years old) and had booked a Juniorsuite as the text said (sleeping area for 3) but in the fine writing it said that the third person has to have a baby bed which was not initially easy to see. The first night we had a trippleroom with no view. "Pros: centrally located in Storico Centro, reasonable prices, decent breakfast buffet, beautiful building. Cons: amenities on Expedia listed do not exist - no laundry service, on-site parking means the five free public parking spots in the town square, air conditioning is only in the rooms themselves and the rest of the hotel gets very hot in the summer, staff only on-site part of the time."

"We had room 211. Small (12 sqm?) room fitted with 3 beds. WiFi was totally crap. Airco wouldn't adjust, you're either freezing cold or sweating when you switch it off. Chemical breakfast.
