10/10 Excellent
"This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people."
"I appreciate Eaton's ethos about sustainability and recycling efforts. The breakfast buffet has a great variety for a reasonable price. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar area but saw that it was cozy and would definitely try to visit next time. The outdoor space was also very nice and rare in this town."
"Front desk clerk ANGUS was great and always helpful to show me where to shop and eat. Her always friendly and professional manner really exceeded my expectations "
"The location is great. Near to MTR. Easy access to Kowloon too. Quiet environment. The best part is the staff service. They helped you in most of your requirements. "
"Excellent location, clean facilities, harbour views, short walk to MTR
The Harbour Grand is in a quiet location overlooking the harbour, yet a short walk to the MTR for connections to Hong Kong island and the AirPort Express. The rooms are lovely and big and always clean. Short walk to local restaurants and a supermarket for snacks and water for the room.
Highly recommend a stay here. "
