"I stayed at this location as it was close to some Korean friends I was visiting. Locally, a nice neighbourhood with night spots, lots of places to eat. Very Friendly. About a 7 min walk to the the metro, number 2 line, which gets you downtown in about 45 minutes from the door. Hotel was spotless, excellent, everyrhing good. Restaurant too pricey for me. Room large and clean with a nice bathroom. Very quiet -- good sound proofing windows. No noisy neighbours. A great stay, and nothing but positive comments. Staff unobtrusive but excellent. Very good value, and I would easily stay there again. "
"Easy to get much- needed early check- in for a reasonable fee which also included upgrade to a suite.
The West Tower pool was lovely but quite crowded even at the dinner hour. The East Tower pool should have been opened to accommodate the swimmers.
The breakfast buffet was great, with a wonderful variety of foods. The airport shuttle was prompt and very helpful "
"A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more.
The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all.
A solid place to stay in Seoul. "
