"Beautiful hotel in a most convenient and awesome location right across from the cathedral. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in due to the staff, the cleanliness, and our amazing balcony overlooking the plaza. Raquel, the woman working the front desk when we arrived went above and beyond for us our entire stay. She was fabulous. The location can’t be beat and the penthouse terrace was dreamy. I hope to one day return to this magnificent city, and I’d certainly stay here again. Hopefully Raquel will still be here! ❤️"
