"The staff were friendly and courteous. They offer a welcome drink of passion fruit drink. It's very refreshing especially after a long flight. Unlike other countries, Kenyans aren't pushy for tips, but tipping the staff makes them happy and appreciated. The rooms were clean. There are no fly screens in the windows, but we didn't feel that there were mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent. If you arrive late, you will get the impression that the food is gone, but that's because instead of leaving the food in the container for a long time, they would rather make you a fresh batch. The have a complimentary service to look after you suitcases if you are going off for a safari or visiting another town for a few days. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at Crossroads Hotel"

The staff was incredible catering to my every need from the host, to the staff at the restaurant and at the bar Patrick making some incredible drinks to the individuals that made sure I always have a clean room.
