"This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively. "

"Quiet place with excellent garden outside center more rural. Although things are not modern they are ok and give you a great value for the price. Owner is friendly and makes you feel at home. If youbwant something off the beaten track definitely consider this gem."

"We had a three night stay in Plodiv. We primarily choose this hotel for its pool. The first issue is only one of the two pools is functional ( the indoor one ) and the outside pool has clearly not been functioning for years. The hotel structure is beautiful but it’s in desperate need of modernisation. For example the beds while clean were very hard and aged and the rooms were very dark and gloomy. The staff was helpful and friendly ( by Bulgarian standard’s ) despite the condition of the hotel. "

"Loved this hotel. Everything was perfect, from arriving early not expecting to be able to check in but the staff sorting out our room so we could. The room was high and airy, over looking the rowing lake, with comfy bed and great shower. The fitness suite and sauna were clean and well maintained. The massage was fabulous. Dinner in the restaurant with a couple of cocktails, and breakfast the next morning were fantastic. Only wished we'd stayed longer."
