"This hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Kampot. The interesting decor and architecture, well appointed room, working wifi, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made it a 10/10 for me. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this property! Loved the room in front of the pool area. Well designed, had an extremely comfortable bed, and excellent quiet AC. The room had did not have any musty smell or humidity I often find at many hotels — and smelled wonderful upon extra. I stay in hotels 10 months of the year - this room I found checked all my boxes. Service throughput my 2 days was top notch and the pickup service and drop off into town was an excellent addition. Will be my “go to” hotel when I visit the area again! "

"Clean,quiet and safe area. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Walkable to main Street, Kep market and ferries port where you can go to many islands like Rabbit island extra. I wish the residents around the areas help keep the streets clean and don't let their cows or dogs poop on the streets. "

"Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. The entire staff consistently went way above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible as well. Id give more stars of possible. Thank you for the incredible stay!"

"+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps. "

"One of the most wonderful resorts I have stayed in. The property is amazing. Walking from our room to the pool, spa, and restaurant felt like we were walking through the jungle. The daily breakfast was fantastic. The service throughout our stay was top notch. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area in the future. "
