"Staff was very helpful, hotel was lovely, the swimming pool and spa was great. The town was very safe and friendly and railway station was only a short walk where you can get a free train to Luxembourg city etc."

"Just a few minutes walking away from multiple bus stops, from which you can also go to other cities multiple times an hour. Also very good position in the centre of Vianden so that everything is quickly reachable on foot. The staff was incredibly nice and the hotel itself was really pretty and clean. The room was up to expectations, but the bathroom was quite small. Nonetheless, they provided everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfy and we had a lot of room to store our things."

"Food on first night was awful:chicken in flaky pastry reminded me of what I gave my cat and tasted vile. Other meals ok. Staff were mostly friendly. The single room where a family member stayed was disgusting and needs renovating urgently. Wasn't keen on the town and not near restaurants in walking distance. "
