"Terrible vacation experience.
Room not as advertised , no fridge, no dining area, no kitchen. Raised the issue with reception, 6 hours later, responded saying room as advertised, but not according to the advert on Expedia. Requested to see the manager, he/she sent a member of staff who agreed our room wasn’t correct so offered the correct room which would not be ready for an hour because it was being used for a photoshoot, 2 hours later we gave up waiting got ready and went out for the evening....

No restaurants nearby. Limited transport.

"We had 3 weeks in Bali and our 5 night stay at Lata Lama was our top stay. All the staff were all so lovely, kind and very eager to help us in any way. The staff took great pride in their roles and the cleanliness of the entire place was 5 stars. Yummy breakfast. Did our washing, organized a scooter and massage for us.
We will definitely return. Can't rate this place high enough, but it comes down to the people that work there.
Also great location, very central for what we wanted to adventure...

"The Lovina didn’t disappoint. It was clean, relaxing and beautiful. We spent 3N4D and wished we had stayed longer. So luxurious. The staff can’t do enough for you. The free shuttle was a nice surprise. So were the free bike rentals. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
We had a room that over looked the rice fields and I loved it. Coffee in the morning on our patio looking at rice fields and mountains. Life is good.
The only reason I gave a 4 to surrounding area was because there are 3 VERY...

"What can l say about our stay here.
It a bit of a way to walk into the town. The path were different . Taxi a bit hard to find. But saying all of that was it worth it YES YES YES. Now about the Hotel well it was wonderful. It only small but perfect just on the beach, The room we had massive beautiful view. They serve breakfast which was great. Can do Food as well, well cooked.
Now for the best stuff the Staff you could not asked for a more friendly group of People. Mega is wonderful hostess the staff could not do enough for us. Would we go Back in a heart beat. We paid for bigger hotel on this holiday. Out of the three this was the best. Thank you all for everything. Missing you all
