"Ladies at the front desk "

"This 3-star hotel may not have all the lavish amenities of a 5-star but they do they essentials with quality and excellence. We stayed in the business twin room and found it well equipped, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The space was thoughtfully and efficiently laid out. The decor was tasteful and everything was sparkling clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast with its large variety of dietary options. Highly recommend!"

"I had requested for air conditioning but hotel air conditioning was turned off. We had to leave our balcony door open for air circulation but that didnt help as the church bell woke us up every time. "

"Great hotel, huge family room, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, friendly staff, good variety. The location of the hotel is perfect, we walked from the train station when we arrived and also walked to restaurants and If there was one thing that disappointed me was the view from our window… the building across the street had the most dirty windows I ever seen LOL… from the birds sitting on it. Not the hotel’s fault but I wouldn’t get that room for the view. We gave a good laugh at it but I would check with the hotel if your trip is for a special occasion."

"My room was clean, cosy, and comfortable. I only had breakfast once. It was quite busy when I went down but I got seated quickly and the choice of foods was good. The staff were excellent and I was very grateful to check in early after an early flight. One small point to note is the windows are single glazed. I happened to be staying when the marathon was on which meant the city was very noisy at all hours. I was woken up multiple times on Saturday by people partying outside until 4am. I recommend taking ear plugs! "
