"There was no clear instructions about how to check-in. The online form and access code was never given. Called and found out I had to go to the neighouring Barker Suites to check-in. The fiest room given had the bathroom under cinstructuon. Had to get new room, going back to Barker Suites. New room had hair all over the bed cover and under the sheets. Called to get a new room but by then no one answered the phone and there was no receptionist. "
