"This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean and modern, with friendly staff and close to everything. Bed was comfortable and the balcony overlooked a quiet street. PROS: Kitchenette well stocked (plates, cups, silverware, knives), has electric kettle, hob, fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Large bathroom with towel warmer and good water pressure in shower. Washer/dryer available on premises. Everything immaculate. Close to bus line, walk to restaurants. Staff is multi-lingual and super nice. Cautions: Once-a week cleaning (more often for a fee). Bring a washcloth (towels and bed linens provided). Liquid hand and body wash provided (bring shampoo, conditioner). Breakfast is very good with nice selection, but a bit pricey. No in-room coffee maker. No parking on-site, but garage is a few blocks away. CONS: None. Would stay again and highly recommend this property."

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. In fact, after being there for 6 nights, we extended our stay for another 3 nights. Because it is across town from Gare Matabiau, we were worried at first that it would also be far from points of interest. However, that is not the case, and one can easily get to the hotel via the underground metro. Just take the A (red) line at Marengo Metro station one stop to Jean Jairès and change to the B (yellow) line going toward Palais de Justice & get off there. It is a short 8 min walk from there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman named Tony!! He personifies excellent customer service! The room itself was quite large, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped."

"My late arrival was no problem, property has everything I need for short stay (room plus breakfast) didn't need the kitchen option this time. Just across from rail and bus stations, well lit area at night. As solo female traveller that's a priority. No time for the spa this visit but on previous visits I can recommend a soak in the jacuzzi to get rid of travelling aches."

"It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable. "
