"It was our 30th Wedding anniversary , on arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The rooms, service and facilities were first class, the sea and castle views beautiful. Breakfast selection was vast and very tasty, centrally located this hotel is must for a stay in St Helier"

"The hotel was in a good location. The bed was comfortable. Ample hot water. The reception was not very hospital when we arrived. The duty manager was rather abrupt in letting us know that check in was at 3 pm when we just wanted to leave our luggage as we arrived early. The hotel charged us for our room when it was already prepaid to Expedia 3 months ago. We are still trying to resolve this as no receipt was provided when asked. "Loved this hotel it’s really classy with lovely big rooms ( balcony) you have a wonderful view of st Helier also the spa facilities are awesome Breakfast was great lots to choose from the only thing I will say is the hotel is up a steep curving drive so a bit of a walk if your not fit "

"One bedroomed apartment in the heart of St Helier, opposite the Jersey museum and just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. We were on the second floor at the rear of the property, so no view, but in the winter that didn't matter. The apartment was clean and well equipped, plus milk, tea and coffee in the kitchen on arrival. Communication both prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent, we would be very happy to return. "

"It was really good, amazing quiet location, fantastic place. Good food. The walk to their pub (as in house restaurant was closed) was only tiny but not all the steps down to the road were lit properly. Only a tiny detail but could be improved. Their pub was very good and the manager very friendly and helpful. Also didn't realise breakfast wasn't included (probably my inattention when booking!). Staff were helpful and nice and good attitudes. Didn't seem very many staff and occasionally...
