"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Kaani Grand View! The hospitality here is truly unmatched. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! Highly recommend Kaani Grand View to anyone visiting — you’ll be well taken care of. 🌴✨"

"The room was awful. The TV didn't work. I asked the staff member, and he just looked at me and said, "Sir, the TV doesn't work. The air conditioning only goes up to 24°C." I was dying of heat. I turned on the fan, and it was making a hellish noise, lots of cobwebs, water dripping from the bathroom, and there was no divider. In other words, the bathroom was completely wet after showering. The hairdryer didn't work, and there was a terrible noise coming from the room next door. I asked the staff if they could change my room, but they simply said they had no more rooms. Not to mention, I have no complaints, but they helped me with an early check-in. I was super tired from flying from MCO, a two-day trip. They're nice, but the room... Guys, Expedia shouldn't do this to us. The room is nothing compared to the photos on the website. I have videos and photos and will post them for you to see. If you're in the Maldives, invest in something better than this hotel."

"Property itself was very satisfactory. TV did not work. The door to the room is full glass with a curtain so privacy not great. Ensuite fine. Air conditioning worked. Bed linen / towels worn out. The first room I was offered had no window except the fully glass door so I asked for an alternative. The property is surrounded by noisy building works. on the plus side the property is in close proximity to the beach and other hotels and restaurants. "

"The pictures they advertise are not at all the property. Broken windows , broken terrace , no island view, no lock on balcony door in room , no drinks,no food besides breakfast that is eggs , chicken hot dog and bread . The food menu they give you and then tell you they don’t have it . They advertise free shuttle but then ask you to pay for it and taxes each night on arrival . Then they asked again on departure and finally did take me to airport free after a struggle with management . The roof has trash and junk. The surrounding premise has the same . There are bugs in rooms. No hot water at all . No way to do laundry. You will wash by hand and hang on lawn chair to dry . This place is very trashy. Nothing like you see here . It’s fake photos . Be warned and stay elsewhere. The housekeeper male was the only one who tried to help. The rest seemed like wanted to extort tourists . The locals said the police are aware of them and they have done to many traveling . "

"We had a fantastic stay at Kaani Palm Beach. Rooms are spacious, a/c works really well, good sized bathroom and a really comfortable large bed. The infinity pool on the roof is a great bonus with fantastic views, although it can get very warm in the afternoons. The Kaani sunbeds on part of bikini beach are free, and have an umbrella. The main attribute for the hotel however, is the staff. We met so many lovely members of staff, that I can't remember them all, but I would like to mention Azmeem, one of the managers who helped us when we had a problem with the room. In the restaurant, Anisur, Try, Farouk, MD Alom and Omelette man Rana (apologies for any spelling mistakes) were all absolute stars, I would like to mention more, but my memory lets me down. Would definitely love to come back to this hotel 💯"
