"Problem finding a fault"

"Room was clean and the hotel had a cozy atmosphere. The location is great, just a short walk to Exeter town centre with the area being not too loud. Staff was very friendly. Note that since the building is old and the floors made out of wood, you may hear other guests walking around or above your room."
