Enjoyed staying here

The view from our villa was beautiful. The staff were great. The breakfast was excellent and restaurant had good food. You see and hear monkeys but they don’t bother you. Tranquil and peaceful.

This hotel is excellent, super clean, great position, gorgeous views and great faciities we loved it! Walkable to all facilities and right near the monkey forest. We hired Aris as our taxi driver and he was amazing very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe as the roads are just crazy! Dirah the receptionist was just so helpful and all the staff were just lovely, so genuinely polite and friendly - we felt so welcome, we will be back, thanks to all!

Couldn’t have had a better time in Bali. We stayed in Bali for 7 days at Tejaprana Bisma and absolutely loved it. We got woken up by monkeys almost every morning, our villa was very clean and they give you cute little night stories every evening. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and very approachable. We’ll recommend the place to everyone back home!

Stunning Hotel with Amazing Staff

The staff was incredible and super friendly. The property and rooms were fantastic and quite large with beautiful views. We went to the spa for massages and pedis and had a private yoga lesson and it was all perfect and relaxing. The restaurant food is delicious and the chef who made the traditional Indonesian duck meal was amazing. We loved our stay here and hope to return. Tejaprana Bisma is a true gem.

We had a beautiful valley view room with modern features. The private plunge pool was absolutely stunning. I wish we had more time to enjoy the villa. The spa in the resort was also amazing. The best massage we had on the entire trip and it was well worth the above average price. The service at the resort restaurant was also great. The front desk staff was lacking some customer service qualities.

A gem of a property situated down a quiet side road but within a short walk of Monkey Forest and the amenities of Ubud. The individual villas are beautiful, well equipped and very private. We loved spending our time reading under the covered daybed or cooling off in our own private pool. The staff are friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We ate several meals in the restaurant and all were excellent quality. Their signature massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. We loved our holiday here and would return in a heartbeat.

Incredible Experience!

We have traveled extensively in Southeast Asia and Tejaprana would rate as one of the very best resorts we have ever stayed at. What stands out the most is the fabulous staff. From the airport arrival driver, to the front desk staff, to the restaurant servers, to the room attendants, they were all above and beyond. Warm, friendly, personal, and oh so very helpful. Our 25 year old daughter flew in for a weekend surprise for my husband, and the staff was so wonderful about ensuring it was a full (and unforgettable!) surprise -- so charming! Standout among the staff was Made as our driver and local tour guide. We cannot say enough about Made -- he made our trip incredibly special with his attention to detail, sweet thoughtfulness, and diligence. We will be talking about him for years!

Amazing stay for Christmas

Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing massage, amazing private pool (#102), amazing public infinity pool. The only negative thing is that the staff was much more attentive to my well being and my comfort as a foreigner than they did to my indonesian friend. Local or non local clients should be treated equally. We had a chat with the reception staff about this matter so they could bring it next time they go on a staff meeting. This is a typical Bali behavior which needs to change. Racism to local tourists just because they don't wear expensive clothes should not exist. (in the other hand rich jakartans were treated like king and queens). Plus, our friends in room 101 wanted to extend for one more night but had to change room as the general manager's family wanted to stay in room 101. A good manager should always remember that his business is running thanks to the clients and not his family.

Exceptional!

Pure paradise & luxury from the moment I arrived. The property is beautiful and quiet, it was rare to encounter other guests outside of the restaurant area-it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room was very spacious & the bed most comfortable. Loved the private plunge pool, even though it was not used as much as planned. The property is close to Monkey Forest so expect to see the monkeys around, an added bonus! The hotel is perfectly situated in Ubud-removed from the center so that it is quiet but in walking distance to most of town. The food at the restaurant was excellent quality & options for any diet……..and a massage (or two) at the spa is a must! What truly made the stay extra special was the staff. In my travels around the world over time, there is no comparison in my experiences to the hospitality & graciousness of the staff at Tejaprana. Always greeted by name and with a smile, each person was genuinely invested in our stay. Special shout out to Aris, who was our driver & tour guide who is so kind & gracious to teach us about the Balinese culture. We loved it so much that we ended up coming back & spending the last 5 nights of our trip at Tejaprana-simply because of Aris and the rest of the staff. We did not want to leave!

Beautiful property, we were in the valley view suites. The rooms were big and with all modern amenities. We asked for hot water for our tea and they delivered an electric kettle for our future use. The staff was very courteous and would go out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was wholesome and excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. They made it a joy to stay there. The rooms are spacious, well kitted out, regular cleaning and private pool maintained daily. Few if any complaints. Some parts of the stone fabric look like it needs replacing or cleaning but it’s highly functional. The views from the pool bar area are v pleasing and the New Year party excellent. The commute from the airport is tortuous but our hotel driver did his best to make up for it but 3-4 hours for a 40km journey is almost as long as the flight from Perth. This is not an issue if you are staying a week or more. And the staff make up for it with their welcome 🙏

Le Tejaprana Bisma est, sans aucun doute, le meilleur hôtel que j’ai jamais fréquenté, et j’ai beaucoup voyagé ! Niché dans une zone calme d’Ubud, il offre une proximité idéale avec les restaurants, bars et temples, tous accessibles à pied. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée, au calme absolu, avec une piscine privée offrant une intimité totale, sans vis-à-vis. Le personnel est d'un professionnalisme remarquable, toujours attentif et souriant. C'est un petit hôtel à taille humaine où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Mention spéciale pour le spa, dont la qualité et le professionnalisme sont irréprochables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est exceptionnel : petit déjeuner à la carte avec un large choix, incluant des spécialités indonésiennes, et le dîner est tout aussi remarquable. Chaque repas a été d’une qualité extraordinaire, mes félicitations au chef ! Le service de navette est également très pratique. Un plus unique : chaque matin, des singes en liberté visitent l’hôtel. Enfin, la piscine chauffée est un véritable atout pour se détendre. Un séjour inoubliable !

Lieu magnifique et petit déjeuner décevant.

Un magnifique hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins et tellement gentils. Une vraie référence dans l’accueil. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas à la hauteur du lieu. Le jus de fruit à l’eau, l’assiette de fruits sans saveur ni variété et la tartine ridicule. Pas en cohérence avec hôtel. Nous ne reviendrons pas à cause de la restauration.
