Check in is quick and they are always friendly! Have had several stays with no issues within the last few months. The complimentary bottled water and snack are greatly appreciated!

I reserved and paid through expedia and they almost did not accept the reservation and almost made me pay again. Used towels with hair all over them, used soap in the shower with mold, the sink water was over pressurized, and the only 2 pillows on the bed were flat and small. But on the bright side they had a cool light in the room for ambience.

Clean rooms. Lovely staff. No loud noises. Alway someone cleaning around. I look forward coming back. The jacuzzi was amazing the keys were strong and overall a wonderful experience.

Sketchy but okay for a night. I had to jerry-rig the jacuzzi drain with saran wrap to make it work but it was a real highlight of my trip to feel like Al Pacino in Scarface. The mirrored walls around the hot tub were unnecessary though, as I do not need to see how fat I got recently lmao. Other reviews rag on cleanliness, and sure, they could throw a new coat of paint and swept under the bed, but who cares. Also, unlike other reviews, my stay was notable for the ABSENCE of any bed bugs so that was good lol.
