Good place to stay

maybe due to high amount of events, but it took 30 minutes to check in. Been coming to NYC and the Sheraton since 2002 and this was the first time this happened. I will continue to stay here as it is centrally located to subway and restaurants.

Great location. The resort fees combined with the $35 reimbursement was a pain to use every day. And the staff in the evenings at the bar weren't super friendly. But the beds were fantastic.

Great Place to Stay

A great location to get theaters by walking a short distance. This is also true for jazz at Lincoln Center. Food in all restaurants is excellent. Staff are friendly. The room is lovely and comfortable. We stay here every time we come to NYC.

Location..location..location

We checked in mid week and it was quick. Long lines for check in Thursday-Saturday. For floors 21-28 there should be 3 working elevators. Only 1 elevator was working the entire stay. This makes for long waits. Starbucks is also long wait and limited menu. The location is amazing! Staff so nice! Room super clean and comfortable. The location is what will keep us coming back!

Let us check in at 9:30am at no extra charge. 2 parking garages on same block. Views of Times Square from room. Must use resort fee at hotel restaurant, bar. Very nice staff, big room, comfy bed.

Great location

Clean comfortable. Right in heart of New York. Easy transit. Subway right out door. Here for a wedding in nyc. A bit pricey. If they skipped the the we will charge you up front $35 …then spend at our hotel bar etc daily that would reduce the price.

I had to change rooms because the phone wasn't working The tv wasn't working and the bathroom sink was slow draining. The furniture was scratched and the wallpaper was starting to peel. That said, the staff was helpful

I had to wait over 30 minutes in a very long line, just to check in. The room and food were very expensive compared to the level of service. The heating/cooling system made a whining noise when it was running. The window shade was stuck and I couldn't open it.
