Two reasons we chose this hotel- shuttle and breakfast. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. Had to call the hotel. Way overcrowded at the Buffett and no place to sit to eat, and could not take food up to the room. We skip breakfast our second day due to the experience.

They are professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and respectful.,GM John Hammond ensured that everything ran smoothly and was available to resolve any issues that arised with our stay.
