A lovely hotel in a lovely town, very romantic atmosphere with the snow and all the scenery. An immense amount of things to do in Aomori and the hotel only served well in its hospitality.

Good and clean environment. I had an ocean view on the top floor. Room was nice, no complaints. Just put the A/C on max before you goto sleep. Also, breakfast was nice.

The close proximity to Aomori station made transportation via walking or taxi incredibly easy and fast. The closeness to the the waterfront was also a delight as it allowed walking on the waterfront as a route back to the hotel which was beautiful and calming. The staff were also excellent and check-in/check-out were easy even in English as the staff keep a translator on hand. The only complaint I have is that there was some slight damage on the windowsill from what looked like moisture, but considering the climate of the area, and that they were clearly aware and working on it makes it extremely forgivable.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, alles sauber, Frühstück großartig, gute Lage zur Uferpromenade Einziges Manko: Das Standard-DZ ist ein Einzelzimmer mit 2 Kissen. Internationale Gäste können ihr Gepäck nirgendwo hinstellen und sich dann noch drehen. Im größeren DZ haben Gäste mehr Platz für ihre Koffer. Ausräumen können sie aber eher wenig, es gibt kaum Ablagen und keine wirkliche Kleiderstange oä Abgesehen davon war es sehr gut.

ロビーを入ると大きなねぶたが飾られておりとてもよかった。12時頃のチェックインのため電気が消してあったが18-21時頃にチェックインすれば迫力のあるねぶたがみれたと思う。 客室は清潔。広さはスーツケースを1つ広げれるか程度。 部屋からは海が見えてとっても景色がよいホテル。 Wi-Fiを簡単に繋げることが出来るのもとてもよかった。 恵まれている日本なので水道水が飲めるのは十分わかっているがペットボトル1本ぐらいは客室に欲しかった。 駐車場が提携のため次の日町を出歩こうとすればすぐ追加料金がかかること、コンビニから距離があるのは強いていうなら程度で気になるがとってもよいホテルだった。

隣接されている駐車場以外の車の止め方がちょっと分かりずらかった。隣接する駐車場の看板にも説明書きがあったが、道路上で見るには少し困難で、正面入口にも満車の時はこちらに！みたいなチラシがあったのですが、車から1度降りてチラシを取りまた提携駐車場の空きの駐車場を探す… ちっと面倒くさったので、近くの空きのあるコインパーキングに止めました。

青森駅迄歩いて15分位で行けるのでワラッセや八甲田丸、ＡFACTORYに出向くのにちょうど良かった。 また、ホテル内ももちろん清潔感があり、アメニティもしっかり完備され良かったのですが、1つだけお風呂がユニットバスでトイレに行く度にシャワーカーテンの生乾きの匂いが不快で、なぜ換気扇がないのか？
