Great service by the team
Great service and very good staff. Rooms a bit on the smaller side but great value for money.
Parking is an issue during the week but the reception staff park it for you.

Tek başıma 1 gece konaklama için ordaydım. Lobideki arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Oda temizdi, ihtiyacım olan her şey vardı. Kahvaltısıda bence bu fiyata çok iyiydi. Garipsediğim tek şey banyoda duş perdesi yoktu su biraz dışarıya gidiyo ve insan şaşırıyor :D

Mon séjour de 2 nuits a été exactement ce que je voulais : hôtel situé près du centre ville de BURSA et j'ai été à pieds visiter le centre
Hôtel tout neuf donc rien de vieux !

Perfektes Lage um die City zu erkunden. Citynah, Parkplätze vor der Tür, Frühstück traf genau meinen Geschmack. Viel frisches Gemüse und verschiedene Oliven Sorten. Warmes gab es auch.

4 kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık. Bir birine bağlantılı iki oda vermeleri bizim için çok konforlu oldu. Oda çok iyi ısıtılıyor ve temizlik iyiydi. Araç için yer ayarlamaları ve otele geldiğimizde karşılamaları iyi oldu. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Personel gayet ilgili ve yardım etmeye istekliydi. Fiyat performans açısından tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Aile ile konaklamalarımda yine tercih edebilirim.

Oda konforu ve temizli gayet güzeldi fakat banyo aksine yeteri kadar temiz değildi. Ayrıca otel yanında kahvehane bulunuyor ve bu durum maalesef biraz tedirginlk oluşturuyor.

Aile odası tercihimiz oldu . 3 günlük bir süreçti odalar temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. İki odada da lavobosu vardı temizdi. Televizyon ve klima gibi teknolojik aletler çalışıyordu. Oda ilk gün biraz tozluydu bir gün önceden camlar açılmış olmalı . Çalışan hizmeti çok hızlı ve güzeldi kibar ve ilgililer . Kahvaltı yeterli ve iyiydi . Güvenlik konusunda ise her gün oda kartını yeniliyorlar . Güzel ve konforlu tatil için tercih edilebilir.

Saat 02 45 sırasında koridordaki gürültüler ile uyanmak hoş olmadı. Ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Özellikle cadde sesi olduğu gibi odanın içinde. Tabi duyarlı! otel misafirlerinin de saat mefhumuna dikkat etmeden oda kapılarını çarparak giriş çıkışları sinir bozucu. Yatakları içeri göçük. Tuvaletleri kirli. Kahvaltı için bunca aç ve evsiz varken yorum yapmak istemiyorum. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar için sözüm yok. Güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Kalınır mı? Sanmıyorum.
