Impossible to sleep due to loud noise from bathroom, and the shower drains were completely clogged. Avoid InCanto at all costs!

This is a B&B it is the perfect location close to everything. It is very clean and modern. I had a great stay. Only one downfall there are many stairs to get to your room with no elavator. If you don’t mind stairs this place is perfect.

Lovely place in a fantastic location. There was music audible outside until about midnight and then it quietened right down. It was never loud enough to bother us anyway though. Really central. Very comfortable and fantastic host who really helped us out by arranging transportation to the beach when other plans we had made fell through at the last minute. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Palermo.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by a square in the city center. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the lively atmosphere with street performers and people passing by. It really added to the experience. The only downside was that the great performers were quite loud late into the night, so it wasn’t always easy to get to sleep. The staff were excellent, very attentive, helpful, and provided great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. One thing to note: there is no elevator in the building. Guests with weak knees or heavy luggage may find it challenging to manage the stairs. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you want to be right in the center of things. Just be prepared for some late night noise and a bit of stair climbing. I would stay here again🤗

InCanto was a great choice for our stay in Palermo. Very central location, easy walk to any part of the city center. The staff was kind, very good communication, what i really appreciate as i was driving there and they help me a lot to get in to a safe place to park. The room was huge, the quality of everything bed, the breakfast, bath products was great. I loved the cheese toast, the mermelada and the oat milk cappuccino. They are very attentive and care about each detailed. I hoghly recommend this place.

Room excellent, breakfast good. Great location. NO elevator or lifts. No assistance of any kind. No one there to assist with luggage or help checking in. Checking in was like an obstacle course. With our ages, we’re lucky and could handle our 2 large suitcases. 3rd floor. Others might not be so lucky. Communication was only through an app. If you are young and have backpacks, maybe for you.
