One of my favourite hotels to stay in the area when away on business, great food and breakfast quirky and boutique style rooms only thing lets it down for me is limited on site parking.

Our stay was quick but we loved the setup, feels like a room in a house. The breakfast was amazing, service was great. Our room was dusty though. My son and I both have Hayfever and mildly suffered.

My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊

Stayed at the Bull pub We’ve stayed there before, room was at the front of the pub with no road noise at all. Room was spacious comfortable and really clean, nice big shower and very private. Considering the restaurant/pub was below us there was no noise. Would definitely recommend.

I've stayed here a few times now and whilst i do enjoy staying here my room on this last trip was a let down. I get the impression this room had not been used in a while. There was no coffee in the room, the toilet smelt stagnant (as did the water from the tap) rhe toilet paper on the holder had 4 sheets left on it. The room had not been dusted for some time (there was dust on top of the kettle, the bin next to the sink is so beaten up it looks like its been used as a football in the car park and when showering i had to turn it off and wait for the water to drain away as it is blocked.

Fantastic visit

This was our 2nd visit to the bull hotel. First time to stay overnight. Lovely staff, very friendly. Did not eat this time, but ate in restaurant on our last visit and food was fantastic. Rooms were great, fantastic toiletries provided, and hair dryer was brilliantly compared to what you usually get in hotels! Breakfast was good. Will be back!
