Amazing!

We were made to feel very welcome. The guest house is gorgeous and decorated with a seaside theme to it with lovely colours and decorations. Our room was very cosy and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to return.

The Beachside is a beautiful 4 storey old style building located across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance to the centre of town. It’s decor is beach and chic, the owners are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home and the breakfast is delicious!!

Lovely stay in an excellent Guest house

Lovely Weekend in Llandudno. We had not been before but weather was kind and the town was busy. The guest house was easy to find, welcome was warm and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and quality ingredients.

Absolutely wonderful

My friend and I wanted somewhere to stay that was in the best location and after reading peoples reviews, thought the Beachside would be the perfect place to stay. We were right. We were given a very warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The owners live on site meaning someone was always available if needed and that was reassuring. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and restaurant recommendations were given for the evening. My friend and I have both said that when we return to Llandudno in the future, the Beachside is the only place we would consider staying.

The couple were very helpful and very nice the mattress could do with replacing one side had gone. The car park was hard to find and hard to leave as the passage ways were very narrow and awkward to get out of.

Terrific location! Fourth floor walk-up could be challenging, but the room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast in a cute dining room was excellent. Host David is very welcoming and gracious with lots of information about the area and its history. The only thing we didn't like was the shower which refused to stay flowing despite following the very specific instructions as to its use. Clearly we were not the only ones to find fault with that thing! No other complaints about his fine facility.

An absolute delight

Nestled amongst the Victorian houses and hotels of Southern Parade is this wonderful B&B. The owners David and Cheryl go out of their way to make guests feel relaxed and at home. Decked out in a beach seaside theme throughout, it also pays homage to Llandudno’s entertainment history by feature walls in the dining room with delightful programs, posters and memorabilia of the town’s famous pier and Palladium. We were in Room 11 on the third floor. The view is of the town and distant mountains towards Conwy. Delightful decoration, en-suite with a lovely comfy bed; hospitality tray including hot chocolate and biscuits; hairdryer and T.V. Breakfast included, see further note below, is delicious. The house was a miners cottage, do be prepared for a number of stairs as there is no lift. Chairs are provided to rest on landings if needed. I recommend Beachside and would certainly stay here again. It is about 15 minutes leisurely stroll from the railway station with buses from Bangor, Conwy and Rhyl plus others a short walk away. Wonderful delicious breakfast. Cooked fresh to order, fried eggs dippable, baked beans served in its own pot, sausage and bacon done to perfection with scrambled egg plentiful; always light and fluffy. Poached on request. Other items on the menu with half a dozen cereals, various yoghurt, fruit juices and pastries. It is a licensed premises with beers wines and spirits in a fridge in the guest lounge.

We had a wonderful time at the Beachside Guest House! Everything from the location, Sheryl and her staff, our lovely quiet room and a wonderful breakfast to name just a few of the things we enjoyed. Unfortunately we had to change our booking and could only be there for one night which was very disappointing given how wonderful the guest house was.

Fantastic Place!

We stayed at Beachside as part of our grand tour of Wales. We were on the third floor, so it we got our cardio in for the day climbing them (there’s no lift). The owner was super helping us carry our luggage upstairs and also providing recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the area. The breakfast was really good, I particularly liked the breakfast special. Fantastic location close to the Great Orme, the Promenade, and several shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

Wanted a couple of days away . Booked Beachside for the look and location. Not disappointed!! Met on arrival by Dave , friendly , informative and he carried our bag to the room. Lovely room, fresh and clean and a beautiful en-suite. We prefer a hard mattress but otherwise good. Breakfast was cooked well and hot , other choices available. Overall we would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again .

The guest house was very charming, and the staff were very competent and polite. The owner greeted me on arrival and guided me through the booking completion. The decoration throughout was done in a beach theme which was lovely and fresh. The room was of a good size considering it was a single, but with a double bed and a en-suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and had hot drinks facilities. There is an honesty fridge with cold drinks, water, soft drinks and alcohol which is a very good idea, you fill in a form to say what you have had and pay on leaving. The owner went out to get me some Soya milk which was very considerate. I will definitely return and also highly recommend it to anyone.
