Stayed here for a full week in late June. Location is super convenient-about 30 foot walk to the Nagaracho metro entrance, making getting anywhere super easy. Staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing preventing a perfect score are the beds, which others have mentioned. I don’t mind a hard bed at all, but these things were like cement. Absolutely zero give. We got sort of used to it by the end, but my back is very unhappy. Other than that, could not recommend more.

First time visiting Tokyo with my daughter and Kitano made our trip so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more from the staff and the property. They let us store our bags for one night while taking a day trip to Hakone. We highly recommend and would definitely come back! in the future!

The hotel is conveniently located super close to the subway station and a 7/11 lawson convenience store which was a huge plus. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and built with elegant taste. The staff was also super helpful. The manager gave us an upgrade since we were there to celebrate our anniversary so we ended up staying at this over 60 square meters suite which is just amazing and quite impossible in tokyo for this price. The amenities were also great! Would definitely come back when we visit tokyo again and recommend to everyone!

Clean, spacious hotel with easy subway access

Beautiful hotel convenient to the train. Rooms are spacious, especially by Tokyo standards. Very clean and well stocked. Just getting their breakfast offering back up and running, so competent but with some hiccups. Bed is very hard, like plywood hard. Lots of food and shopping within 10 minutes - more local than touristy.

The hotel looks lovely, staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are a very good size for Tokyo and there are restaurants within walking distance or Ginza is 2 train stops away. Unfortunately, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, they are beyond firm there is no give in this mattress at all. They made sleep challenging 2 rooms 4 guests all agreed.
