The hotel was a very convenient walk to Orchard Blvd, which allowed you access to buses and trains. The rooms were a comfortable size for our family of 4. It had a delicious buffet style breakfast with offered lots of options for tastes. The restaurant also opened for other dining as well.

This hotel is in a quiet area but not 5-7 walks from the busy Scott road and Orchard road ! Lobby is clean and spacious. Room is clean and quiet. There’s good size pool and gym in the hotel.

Overall, my family and I were very happy staying in your hotel. Being near to Orchard Road and short walkable distance from the hotel are the key reasons why we chose to stay in this hotel. Our rooms are comfortable and clean. But the hallway to the rooms look dull and old and can be improved to have better ambience.

This was the only hotel that I could find with a room that accommodates 4 (1 King 2 doubles/singles). The room itself was huge and well-maintained, but the bathroom is a bit dated. The bathtub, in particular, was showing its age, with rust stains at the drain. The hotel itself is isolated at the top of a hill, about 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest MRT. It is both good and bad: you got to walk a bit, but it is isolated from all the noise from the surrounding (and busy) shopping district. The swimming pool was nice. I would give it a 5-stars rating all around if it wasn't for the rust in the bathtub.

Impolite Male Staff at the check-in counter

Overall, the service of the front desk check-in counter (especially that Male Staff) was super poor —- This Male Staff was rude, impolite and arrogant. As for the breakfast area, everyone could tell that this area seriously lack of systematic work arrangement and staff there were obviously not in good mood working condition.

This hotel is 5-star quality to me and my family. First, the room is so big, it literally can accommodate 10 guests! Second, it is very clean. The housekeepers clean the room everyday without being told. They change the towels everyday and gives you new sets of toothbrushes everyday if they see that you used your toothbrush the day before. Front desks staff and bellboys are very helpful but doesn’t really smile. I think, it’s the culture of Singaporeans but we don’t mind. Third, it is near to lots of shopping centers like Paragon, where there’s lots of restaurants and luxury bags stores like LV, Gucci and Rolex store, too. We ride the taxi everyday and it’s not that expensive. Singapore is a small country you can finish the whole place in probably 2 days. We will stay in this hotel the next time we go to Singapore.
