The room was absolutely filthy. The fridge was so dirty I couldn’t even store food inside of it. The bathroom, just dryer, tub, toilet just dirty.There were pest issues all throughout the building. The breakfast was non-existent and the staff incredibly rude and short. The parking was the only thing that was fine which is a same.

Very nice stay. Staff were nice & helpful. I've stayed there before. The only complaint that I have is that a couple of late nights others staying there were very loud/noisy/disturbing. Maybe posting a sign will help them remember that they are not at home(?). Will stay there again.

The best things about our stay… The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. We had three rooms total. The floors were not clean, my daughter's feet were black after walking on the floor. In another room, my son had to clean crumbs off the table, and the bathroom was dirty. The last room was also dirty, hair in the tub, and a cockroach in the bathroom We were happy we only had a one night stay

The initial room I was given , not only the top lock missing but the bottom lock wouldn’t lock at all. There was hair on the tank of the toilet . Dust on top of lamps. The hair dryer or plug neither worked. The ac/heater unit was faulty. Couldn’t get it to stay on. Not sure if it was the unit or again the plug outlet . The unit definitely needs a remodel . Requested another room which was better. Cosmetic issues at most. It is an affordable hotel yes but still has to be presentable

An emergency situation post Hurricane Beryl. I needed a place for my wife, daughter and visiting elderly in-laws and their dog. This was one of a few hotels that had any availability. They had AC and working Wi-Fi and water. This place is a average physical facility with average amenities. But there isa restaurant next door, and HEB, Walmart and dining, shopping 3 minutes away. This hotel was a godsend. It was dangerous for myself and family to remain in a home without any AC. Especially considering health conditions of several of my family.

I've stayed in better hotels

When I pulled up to the hotel it looked like a low-income apartment housing. Check in was ok, however when I got to my room the room was not cleaned at all-, I took pics of the room and went back to the front office. The person at the front desk apologized and moved me another room. The new room was a bit better. I went out for a couple hours and when I got back to my room and tried to turn on the heater and the heater did not work. I went back to the front desk and the front desk worker went to the room with me and also saw the heater was not working. He advised that they'll have maintenance come look at it the next day (no one came). I requested to have the manager contact me regarding issues to my room. Manager Alex called me, and I advised him of the issues, and he advised that they could move my room again. Communication with cleaning service and the front desk needs to improve

For the price we stayed for two nights you would think the rooms would have been a little nicer. My first mistake was not noticing I booked a smoking room. To be honest I thought smoking was banned inside buildings a long time ago. There was only two rooms left at booking so I just booked it because we had to come back and get things out of our storage unit and unfortunately for us there was a lot of festivities going on in surrounding areas. We got to our room late on Friday night driving in from out of town and the room had two full beds said it would sleep 5 but really two adults barely fit in one bed together and we have 3 kiddos with us two being toddlers who I ended up sharing a bed with. The beds only had two pillows each which I find weird considering when you buy bed sheets for a full it would come with 4 pillow cases. I asked for extra pillows and they brought me one. Also noticed on the mirror said we were supposed to have 3 towels and any missing would be charged to our card which they only gave us two. The second day after washing my hair needed to used the blow drier which was also broken and maintenance did come and replace but at this point I was just upset because we don’t stay in hotels often outside of our show season which we book well in advance so staying in a much nicer hotel for less then what we paid last minute for this one. Maybe the non smoking rooms are nicer but I will definitely not be going back to this location.
