Basic hotel

I’ll start with the not so good. The aircon gets turned off for winter so an only heating option for the aircon units. Our room was 26.5• and was baking with no way to cool it other than opening a very large window which was noisy and quite frankly scary not to fall out of. The bathroom was even hotter. We did complain and was moved to another room but that still wouldn’t cool down past 22•. Small paper cups were supplied for tea and coffee which were a joke to use and if like me you like more than one cup a challenge to clean out. The walls are paper thin hearing all what was happening around you and hard floors in the rooms means we listened to the delightful sound of furniture being dragged about at all hours. Now the good. The staff were very polite and helpful with the room situation.

Great location. Super close to Brussels must see places. Great Lobby and beautiful Christmas decorations, staff very attentive. But room feels dated, looks better in pictures. and toiletries were the big disappointment, super small soap bars but the shower gel/ shampoo combo in a "Chinese soy sauce packet style" was a big let down. We are 2 tall men and it was a struggle. Felt cheap. Great location for tour groups, not for more experienced travelers.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, with the city center, restaurants, bars, shops, and metro all within easy walking distance, making our visit very convenient. Additionally, there's a convenience store right downstairs for any necessities. We stayed in a standard triple room, which was spacious and comfortably fitted with three single beds. The room was large and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the extra space. The hotel was consistently clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, saving us the hassle and cost of alternative storage. Overall we had a memorable stay. I would really recommend this stay

I have stayed here several times but it has gone down hill badly ,in the room ,no coffee,tea,or kettle,no pen and paper ,no fridge ,2 small sachets of soap ,no spare toilet roll . the hot breakfast was stone cold ,half cups of coffee ,poor selection ,they have a restaurant and large bar that is never open , , afraid they've blown it for me , I certainly will not be returning
