The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room quite spacious. Our family enjoyed the public baths very much as well. The location is top tier (right next to the main station). The only downside I can think of is that the room felt extremely humid (our laundry took a super long time to air dry) and the PJs that were provided by the hotel (which were optional to use) smelled a little odd to us. But I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.

Wish we had breakfast everyday. We tried on our last day and it was so good. They had laundry options but need dry them in room. We stayed 3 nights . The warehouse and other attractions pretty far but morning market close by. Next to jr station with a lot of eating options next to hotel. Onsen was nice with cold and hot options and sauna but its so dark and shared with gold gym next door. The view is water so nice!!

3 min de marche de la gare JR. Proches de tout, restaurants, activités, shopping, tram. Accès au Konbini depuis l' hôtel . Hôtel très propre, bon service (on m a aidé à confirmer un hôtel plus tard dans mon voyage). Le personnel parle anglais. Tout le nécessaire à l' hôtel, même un fer à repasser a chaque étage. Je n ai pas profité de l' onsen car il y avait trop de monde ( fyi les personnes extérieures qui ont accès au gym,on accès au onsen). Les chambres sont très bien insonorisés avec un petit coin avec une banquette et table . Les lits sont un peu mou à mon goût. La couette est très agréable. Pas de nettoyage de chambre si le séjour est de moins de 2 jours. Cenpendant le nécessaire de toilette (incluant serviettes) et cafés est fourni dans un sac accroché sur votre poignée de porte le lendemain. (Eco responsable)

영어가 가능한 직원이 1인이상 상주하셔서 일본어 어려워도 체크인은 원활합니다. 따뜻하게 맞이해주셨습니다. 리셉션에서 조식 현장결제 가능합니다(카드,현금,xx페이등 많음). 부담될 가격일수있으나 메뉴가 많고 근처 수산시장에서 가이센동 가격비교하면 호텔조식이 더 만족합니다. 1층리셉션과 2층대욕탕에 어매니티가 비치해놨으니 부족하신건 이용하시면됩니다. 3인숙박이였는데 방 크기는 백팩이나 작은슈트케이스면 원활한 사이즈입니다 체크아웃하고 무료짐보관을 해주십니다(토큰보관증 보관잘해야함) 다음에도 오게되면 다시 숙박의사 있습니다

Great value in Hakodate
