Good location, beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that there was renovation going on in the room above and there was hammering going on from 8-5. Brought it to the front desks’ attention but to no avail.

We have a flashing problem, the staff responded quickly to assist us to switch the room. Hotel seems old, but the room is clean and walking to metro just 3-4 minutes. They also have a street market on every Tuesday and Saturday, that’s great.

The front desk are amazing, they helped us a lot, I'm a disabled customer and they treated me very well specially Alessia anshe went above and beyond to help me Nicola was also very very helpful, we had a few special situations due to external issues and they were a tremendous help. The hotel is good and clean, the breakfast is good as well, but what made it special for was the customer service.

The hotel internal and external carpet was very dirty, and the bathrooms were full of black mold. The staff accepted and changed our room to those in the 6th floor, which felt nice and understanding. However the bathrooms on the 6th floor were barely any better. Just the room was slightly bigger and had a coffee machine. But our problem was not solved and because of our hyper allergy to mold, we had very bad night and experience, as we could not use the shower.

This is a great place to stay while you are in Milan. The delicate wooden walls and doors of the hotel is reminiscent of the “Urushi” Japanese art o “lacca”. Great staff and a bonus is the free parking on-site.
